Anthony Williams has extensive experience in California legislative and regulatory affairs. Prior to serving as an attorney and legislative advocate, representing such clients as the State Bar of California, Mr. Williams was a Senior Advisor to State Senate President Pro Tem John Burton. In that capacity he advised the Senate on policy issues related to the judiciary, criminal justice, privacy, and finance and banking. Prior to working in the California Senate, Mr. Williams was as a legislative consultant for the Judicial Council of California, the State’s judicial policymaking body led by the Chief Justice of California. He has also worked as a management consultant for Ernst & Young’s Public Sector Consulting Group advising federal, state, and local government agencies. Mr. Williams received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from U.C. Davis, a Master of Public Policy degree from Harvard University, and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law with distinction.

Jennifer Wada offers her clients a blend of strong advocacy, relationships at all levels of government, and a wealth of legislative and regulatory knowledge. Prior to forming WWLG, Jennifer was a senior legislative advocate at a top-ten lobbying firm where she consistently obtained successful outcomes for her clients. Some of Jennifer’s more notable accomplishments include successfully sponsoring legislation to allow diabetic children to self-administer medication in public schools, negotiating complex, multi-party agreements on legislation regarding the use of nonjudicial foreclosure, and successfully sponsoring legislation to enhance funding for the tourism industry in California. Jennifer’s advocacy experience also encompasses a broad range of other issues, particularly matters relating to mortgage, maritime, negotiable instruments and surety law. Jennifer also has extensive experience in energy and environmental policy issues such as distributed generation, desalination, air quality, and renewable technologies. Prior to working as a lobbyist, Jennifer worked at a public relations and marketing firm in Santa Monica, California. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications Studies from Loyola Marymount University and her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law with distinction.
