A substantial number of legislative measures contain a judicial component, whether it is a statutorily imposed penalty for a violation of the proposed law, immunity from liability or access to justice issues.

WWLG advocates have an established presence in judiciary matters and have represented a wide variety of clients before the Senate and Assembly Judiciary committees. We also work closely with the Department of Justice and the California Judicial Council.

WWLG has been involved in a range of issues including legislation relating to consumer disclosures, the regulation of attorneys, court interpreters, mechanics liens and small claims court jurisdiction.
